Hello! I started in the real estate business in 1988 and am currently the managing Broker. I love real estate and our community! Whether buying, selling, relocating, investing or you simply have a question, I'm happy to help. Real estate is not about houses, it's about people! My husband and I are life-long residents of Cass County, and I'm involved with Boy Scouts, community events, and am a member of First Lutheran Church. My company is a member of the Atlantic Chamber of Commerce where I serve on the board, I'm a member of the Iowa Association of Realtors where I serve on the Communications committee and MLS Board of Directors, the National Association of Realtors and I'm a member and officer of the WCIR Board of Realtors. Bowling, flower gardening, scrapbooking, watching my nieces and nephews in their activities and hanging out with family and friends is where you'll find me when I have some spare time. I'll do more than just open the door!

I am the owner and head coach of Salute Gymnastics. We have been in business since October 2011.  I have lived in Atlantic since 2003 and am very active in the Atlantic Area.  My husband, Jeremy Middents, helps run the business and we have two children, Nicole and Allison.  

I have been in the insurance business since March 1, 1982. I began my insurance career in Corning, Iowa with Farm Bureau Insurance. My family moved to Atlantic in May of 1983 to continue my insurance career. I worked with and own part of United Group Insurance. I have started my own insurance agency, Drennan Insurance, L.L.C. on October 11,2017. I hold the designation of Life Underwriters Training Council Fellow (LUTCF). Which is like having a 2 year degree in Life Insurance. I have also completed my CIC (Certified Insurance counselor) designation. This is a 5 year course of study in all aspects of insurance.
My specialties are Life, Health (including the Affordable Care Act and Medicare supplements), Long Term Care, Disability and Annuities.I also market Crop Insurance

Atlantic has always been my hometown I was born here in the Cass County Memorial Hospital. I graduated from Atlantic High School in 2013. I then went on to college at Iowa Western to achieve my associates degree in Business Administration and then went on to earn my Bachelor Degree from Buenva Vista University in Accounting and Business Adminsitration graduating with cum laude honors on July 1, 2018.
