Couch to 5k: Finding the Right Gear
This is the first session of our Couch to 5k program! Registration is required. Learn about finding the right shoe and sock to help meet your fitness goals. Kevin Weiser, of Brown's Shoe Fit Co will answer your questions! After the speaker, participants are welcome to do the first workout of the week together in the Couch to 5k program.
