Event Description:
The Couch to 5k program is a 9-week walking/running program. Each week, a guest speaker will talk about keeping active, healthy, and well. The group is welcome to do the first workout of the week together after the speaker. Registration is required online or by phone. Tonight's session will take place at the YMCA, and starts at 6:00. Ashton Koehlmoos, from the Nishna Valley Family YMCA will take the group through strength training and the importance of keeping up on weights and cardio.
