Supervisory Boot Camp
The hardest transition to make is the move from employee to boss. The Supervisory Boot Camp will help to give newly promoted, or soon to be promoted, employees all the tools needed to become effective leaders!
The Supervisory Boot Camp is brought to you by the Nishna Valley ECI and will be hosted by Cindy Wetterlind, Cassie Paniagua, and Nicole Gatlin who make up the IowaWorks Business Presentation team.
