I believe it's important to be able to talk openly about whatever is weighing us down, without embarrassment or shame. I strive to create that kind of safe, compassionate environment for every person I work with. Humor is also a powerful tool, especially in tough moments—so I love incorporating laughter and lightness into our sessions whenever we can.
