Event Description:
The Couch to 5k program is a 9-week walking/running program. Each week, a guest speaker will talk about keeping active, healthy, and well. The group is welcome to do the first workout of the week together after the speaker. Registration is required online or by phone. Tonight's speaker is Ryan Legg, of the Cass County Health System.
